The Outlaws is a 2017 crime action series about a man named Jang Chang (Yoo Kye Seng) who works as a loan shark in a china town of Seoul. Loan sharks are known to be cruel, wicked and merciless whenever their debtor breaches or fails to perform their own part of the deal. Jang Chang is a loan shark who collects his money in a cruel way from debtors.
The k-drama series not only revolves around Jang Chang, but also a very hardworking, passionate and intelligent detective Ma Seok Do (Ma Dong Seok) whose goal is to maintain peace in the Seoul city. He was given 10 days to end the riots among the chinese gang who wants to take over the neighborhood.

The Outlaws 2 returned after 5 years which premiered in May 18 2022. The outlaws 2 officially exceeds 6 million viewers in less than 12 days…Amazing!!!
The Outlaws continues as the legendary police officer Ma Seok Do (Ma Dong Seok) works very hard to maintain peace as he investigates the additional murder cases and discovers a serial killer (Kang Hae Sang) who had committed crimes against travellers for many years.
