So we are talking about the upcoming Korean drama “Useless Lies” which will be Starring Kim So Hyun and Hwang Min Hyun. It is also a drama directed by NamSung Woo.
This drama tells the story of a woman Mak Sol Hee (KimSo Hyun) who has an extraordinary ability to discern when people are lying and when they are not. There is a saying that ‘there are some thingsthat should be left unknown‘ but then, Mak Sol Hee happens to know what shouldn’t be known as a result of this, she hates her ability ( to hear people’s lies). One of the disadvantages of this is, the frustration that comes with it and she also finds it hard to trust people.
On the other hands is a man (Hwang Min Hyun) whom everyone thinks is a murderer turns out to be innocent but no one believes him.
I guess things do happen for a reason… Mak Sol Hee possesses a special ability for a reason which I think is connected to the case of this man whom everyone thinks is a murderer.
