Today we are getting a look into Korean cuisine, dishes etc…

If I ever get a chance to visit Korea, I’d definitely have no other motive than to go there and try out their dishes. Have you ever imagined how Korean food actually tastes like?…I totally understand you!! that’s why, today I will write a lil bit about Korean Food.

Korean dishes are so distinct… something definitely made it unique. Korean cuisine reflects a complex interaction of the natural environment and different cultural trends. Yeah!!! Alot of histories behind it. Hey!!! The most surprising thing you need to know about their ingredient is that the same ingredient can have different tastes and nutrients in each season example like the taste of same ingredient in spring will be different from the taste of it in autumn.

Different types of Korean Food:

1. Haeddeok.

Haeddeok is also the same as Haetteok. It is a popular Korean food…this looks exactly like bread with cinnamon and sugar. It is very easy to make at home, if you are a curious person like me you can try it out.

Ingredients: wheat flour, water, milk, sugar, yeast, brown sugar, peanut, and cinnamon.

2. Bibimpap.

I prefer to call it Bimpap . This is also one of the most popular Korean cuisine. Wait!! This looks like Nigerian rice and stew🤭 but this looks finer😂.

Ingredients: Rice topped with whole egg, Vegetable, beef , chill pepper.

3. Samgyeopsal

This is Korean barbecue a grilled pork. I used to see this while watching Korean dramas and it is best taken with soju. Samgyeopsal is made of pork belly, garlic, chilli pepper, mushroom caps, green lettuce, scallions.

4. Japchae

Japchae is a Korean food which is made by sweet potatoes starch noodles mixed with vegetables with meat mushrooms and soy sauce or sesame oil.
